Job Summary

Responsibilities :

  • Extensive business development or sales experience in the Education arena.
  • Must be from Higher Education background with Target-Driven Approach.
  • Must have previous experience in dealing with educational institutions through product or services.
  • Must have strong and influential connections in the Education Industry.
  • Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
  • Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive.
  • Strong negotiation skills, closing skills and diligent follow-up skills.
  • Channel Management or Key Business Account management.
  • Must be able to Define, Forecast Business and Activities for different Regions or Territory.
  • Work closely with the stake holders to develop and grow the sales pipeline consistently to meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Provide team leadership and coaching.
  • Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements.
  • Coach and help develop team members and help resolve dysfunctional behavior.
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Good PC skills.
