To create a strong trusted brand at customer end and passionately build the organization by developing new offerings which Value add at customer place. The role includes developing marketing plans and convert potential customer and candidate s pipeline leads by effective us of marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Constantly pursue both clients and candidates for closure of calls
- Deliver the targets as per the KPIs for the position and role
A.Acquisition and Account Nuturing
- Identify sales lead and build pipe line of clients using pipe-line process and create potential list
- Convert potential targets to customers through a well-developed New Client Acquisition process:
- Researching and building an extensive client database
- Identify customer requirements including any high degree specialisation required
- Develop a strategy/proposal, discuss and recommend appropriate solution/s with the clients
- Negotiating with clients on Terms of business and securing the contract on agreed terms
- Build customer base and develop networks in the industry with potential clients
B. Candidate identification and prospecting
- Contact both active and passive candidates and identify good potential with the right fit having core competencies in the specialized field
- Candidate conversations, network building and preparing them for interviews
- Active engagement with Social Media to attract talent and prospect candidates
- Build and develop networking with candidates and maintain relationships
- Develop and maintain an effective network to track systems for exceptional talents
C. Back end work
- Background checks of clients
- Contact 3rd parties for fixing aptitude tests as per requirement
- Build a database of candidates using portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- To get training and attend related seminars/exhibitions
- Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
- Engage with Antal for training and development and awareness of latest initiative/programmes
Qualifications & Experience and Complexity:
This is a high profile job requiring a 3 dimensional approach involving hardcore B2B sales and marketing and an understanding of the industrial/business environment.
- Qualifications for the position is: Bachelor or Master s degree in any discipline with MBA.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Customer acquisition (B2B) and/or business development is required
- Good understanding of business, people - management skills
