Job Summary

Must have knowledge in Factory Law & Company Law

Currently with Listed Companies

1. Litigation Management: Handling litigation related to FSSA, Legal Metrology, Consumer, Recovery and Environment related to company across the country.

2. Contract Management: Assist business in negotiation, drafting, vetting, structuring and documentation of various contracts with other service providers and business partners.

3. Intellectual Property Right: IPR protection which includes, identifying the manufacturing and sale of spurious products, conducting raids for the same and litigation under Trade Marks and Copyrights Act.

4. Legal Compliances & Partnering with Business

6. Assessment of Legal Risk

7. Capability Development

Qualification :
LLB

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
