Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic graduate or post graduate executives in any discipline with experience in general exposure to Tally, Central Excise Tax, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Internal Auditing, MIS, GST and Office administration with 5 to 8+ years of experience. Candidate should play his / her role effectively by being part of the team responsible for maintaining and efficient and accurate accounting function.
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge in Tally, Central Excise Tax, Sales Tax & Microsoft Office
- GST knowledge is a must.
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Provide reports as required by Finance Management Team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Other general accounting duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- To receive and process all invoice, expense forms and requests for payment
- Entries of customer orders in the relevant registers
- Prepare cheques for payment
- Invoicing and related tasks
- Voucher entries using the accounting package Tally (Sales, Receipts, Purchase & Bank Entries)
- To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
