Position description:

• Daily responses to ORM queries, daily reporting of query trackers
• Coordinate with Sales, Tech, Product, Legal, Customer Service teams to resolve negative customer queries
• Weekly and monthly reporting of ORM reports, TAT analysis, top queries, etc.
• The competition analysis and reports of top positive and negative queries
• Highlighting key / major client issues to management and coordinating for resolution
• Monthly tracking of NSE/BSE complaints
• Coordinate with ORM agency to implement platform / channel integrations to capture social mentions
• Campaign-based query management in coordination with the brand team
• New response crafting and push educational content for customer education and awareness
• Feedback tracking and reporting of ORM response closures
• ORM agency coordination for BAU activities
• Monthly agency billing and tracking
• Alert mechanism monitoring to key stakeholders
• Perform ORM process implementation and Crisis Management
• Compliance and legal approvals on critical / crisis responses
• PerformSocial Media Management

Primary Responsibilities:

• The role will ensure daily Online Reputation Management focusing on being a champion for addressing customer queries and ensuring closures driving a positive sentiment across digital ecosystem
