We have an immediate requirement for the position of Admission Counsellor.
Only female candidates are eligible.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Admin/Front office smoothly, which includes handling admissions, counseling, handling students' queries/concerns, holding presentations, generating a database through various field promotional activities, market research, and competition analysis.
Should convert the prospective student inquiries into admissions by counseling, follow-up.
Should be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls and should be responsible for handling batches.
Provide support in the procedure of admission. -Clarify the doubts related to admission and institute life in general.
Manage the data of visitors and admissions on daily basis and have to arrange institute tours for prospective students.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Should be good at MS - Office
Should be able to work with a Team.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power.
Candidate should be pleasant looking and must have good communication skills.
Should be a Service-oriented attitude, flexible with institute timings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams.
Flexible, patient, creative.
Should have excellent Problem-solving skills, Tele-calling skills, soft skills & parent interaction.
Experience: Applicants must have at least 1+ years of relevant experience.
Qualification: Graduates/ Post-graduates with good communication.
