Job Summary
The Primary Role of the selected candidate will be to execute the Project right from the development stage TO implementation TO Go live. Further to this, the candidate will also be responsible post go live handholding, client training and managing the live support

The Profile
- Well versed in understanding, decoding and creating uses cases based on the BRD [Business Requirement Document], FSD [Functional Specification Document], TRD [ Technical Requirement Document] , TSD [ Technical Specification Document] created during the initial stages of Project scoping
- Be well versed with the client's or organisation's interests
- Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide an efficient interface with the Project Planning team.
- Should be aligned to the definition of business requirements and reporting them back to respective stakeholders
- Creating a detailed Implementation and SIT level use cases basis business analysis done during the requirements stage
- Executing the Project Plan from the SIT stage through the UAT stage till Go live, basis the Project Charter created by the Project Planning team.
- Should be able to independently liaison between the Project Management team and the Client
- Variance Analysis once the product / service is deployed on Local Environment, SIT, UAT and Live
- Preparation of Functional use cases and UAT use cases with Joint coordination with the Project Management team
- Recognize the streamlining and improving internal and external reporting.
Skill Set Required
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strategic thinking to resolve all issues within required timeframe as the project progresses
- Provide Post go live insights on new areas of AI solutions.
- Set up panels for decision-making process basis the success of the Project Charter
- Business Studies and Business Administration from a reputed management college
- Information Technology
- Agile Analyst
- Scrum Certification will be an added advantage
- CBAP certification will be an added advantage
