Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff, including inspectors, machine operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant personnel. You will ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and timely completion of production targets while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to maintain a steady and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate production workers such as inspectors, machine setters, assemblers, and operators.
• Monitor and assess individual and team performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
• Report on production metrics and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or related manufacturing roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical qualifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
