Roles & Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Lead custom development initiatives on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Provide technical design, documentation, configuration, maintenance, and administration for Salesforce solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, consultants, and analysts.
- Offer day-to-day technical leadership and oversight for solution delivery.
Solution Architecture & Development
- Hands-on design and development of custom solutions including:
- Declarative customization
- APEX programming
- Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components
- Data modeling, migration, and integration
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that span multiple business areas.
Platform Implementation
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Customer Communities.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices and Salesforce products.
- Participate in technical design sessions and produce solution documentation.
Integration & Performance
- Develop secure and scalable integrations with third-party systems using:
- REST, SOAP, BULK APIs
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and coding best practices.
Desired Skills:
Experience:
- 7+ years in IT with 4+ years of Salesforce CRM experience (Admin + Developer).
- 5+ years preferred in a technical leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Community Portals, Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong command of Apex classes, triggers, custom controllers, and extensions.
- Experience in enterprise Salesforce consulting and multi-cloud implementations.
Integration & APIs:
- Proficient in SOAP API, REST API, BULK API.
- Skilled in building integrations with external systems and middleware platforms.
Leadership:
- Experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education:
- Minimum of 15 years of full-time formal education
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
