Key Responsibilities: Based on company s positioning, identify and evaluate key opportunities in land development. Participate in the processes including land survey, financial model testings and market intelligence to ensure a thorough feasibility studies of each potential deals. Build and maintain relationships with land partners and carry through the negotiation processes. Work with Legal team to review and ensure all deal documentation accurately captures all terms and includes necessary fortifications. Perform market research to update on market trends, understand consumer s preferences, monitor changes in market landscape and identify new investments trends and opportunities. Key Requirements Degree holder from a well-recognized University At least 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience with Real Estate Developer, IPCs or Real Estate Consultancy Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work with various stakeholders in the 360-degree process of deal evaluation and deal makings Passionate on focusing and growing with the Real Estate market
