  • The Employee Life Experience team drives engagement and investment in employees personal development. As a member of the team, you will endeavor to make Amdocs a great place to work. You will understand the key milestones in the employee s life journey and make their experiences more fulfilling and meaningful.
  • You will work to develop new Perspectives for employees to have a more enriched life by expanding their horizons, knowledge & exposure to concepts that impact the quality of their lives.

  • You will help employees connect and transform their interpersonal relationships to sustain a sense of continued peer and organizational connectedness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and roll out programs that reinforce the Amdocs culture and drive employee engagement; you will partner with cross-functional team members to influence and enhance the Amdocs employee life experience.
  • Taking ownership of various employee initiatives; you will pay attention to, manage, and execute on the small details, coordinate, and facilitate programs & events.
  • Developing content written, videos, infographics, presentations, etc. ensuring all program components have been woven into a compelling story creating pull for the target audience.
  • You will actively seek to extend your knowledge and expertise in areas that are critical to this role such as Psychology, Sociology and internal & external trends to create best practices within Amdocs India.
  • Ensuring the program and related projects achieve their stated objective. Creating strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at a program level, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established plans.
  • Collating and analyzing data to identify gaps/patterns and creating concise and crisp management reports.
  • Developing a distinctive program brand & leading the outreach to employees.
  • Streamlining work processes & leverage best practices and standards across the unit/ projects.

  • Experience in analyzing trends, presenting insights in a way that is easily understood at different levels in the organization.
  • Savvy with Social media trends to manage/engage Millennial and Gen Z employees.

Experience Required:

  • Background in HR/Psychology/Training/Event Management with 3-8 years experience, a Master s degree in Psychology/Sociology/Management/Communication would be preferred.
  • Outstanding project management and delivery skills.
  • Facilitation/Training/Public Speaking experience
  • Proficiency in MS office with strong power point (or other presentation software), infographics & video creation skills (using SharePoint, Canva, Photoshop, etc)

Qualification :
a Masters degree in Psychology/Sociology/Management/Communication would be preferred.
