Job Summary What will your job look like?
  • You will have overall accountability and responsibility for all Program Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Integration.
  • You will manage the overall program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives. Sets the program plan and make recommendations to modify the plan when necessary. Sets priorities, ensures optimization and resolves conflicts to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
  • You will define projects. Assign project managers to initiate and manage the performance of component projects. Integrates and oversees multiple related projects.
  • You will ensure alignment of all projects under his/her supervision with standards and program management methodology, including compliance with relevant regulations
  • You will ensure an effective and engaged program team, usually without direct authority, by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship
  • You will build credible relationships and maintains communication with stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external.

Skills Required :
All you need is...
  • Customer Success Lead (This is the internal Role name we are thinking), will be interface between customers and internal Technical team.
  • Techno Managerial Profile who understand the business flows, functional flows and worked with business, consulting kind of roles.

Pre-sales experience will be an advantage.

  • Preferably from Telecom/IT domain, but could be from Financial, Insurance or any other related domains to bring diversity and complementary skills to current team.
  • B. Tech (CS/E&C etc).
  • 4-8 years of experience in Top IT/technology Company with knowledge of latest trends in Technology/Business trends.
  • Strong communication, inter-personal skills.
  • Exceptional customer handling & engagement skills with previous track record of same.
