Do you love building e-commerce websites using Shopify? Are you passionate about code and working in a collaborative team?

We're looking for a talented Shopify developer to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges and believes that well-written code is an art form.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain our Shopify Plus platform, themes, and apps using Liquid programming language.
  • Design user experiences (UX) that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Integrate essential systems to streamline our operations.
  • Contribute to open-source software projects and utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create seamless multi-channel experiences.
  • Ensure the code you write is maintainable, robust, and easy to understand.
  • Create testing plans, troubleshoot e-commerce issues, and report progress to senior developers.
  • Document solutions clearly using flowcharts, diagrams, and comments within your code.

What you'll need:

  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Expert knowledge of the Liquid programming language used on Shopify.
  • Ability to customize Shopify themes and create new ones from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify e-commerce platform.
  • Experience installing and customizing Shopify themes.
  • Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Prior experience with other e-commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in your skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

BE/B.Tech(CE/IT/CS), M.Sc.(IT/ICT/CA/CS), ME/M.Tech(CE/IT/CS), B.Sc.(IT/ICT/CA/CS), MCA, BCA
