We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team asSr. LoanSales Manager for team handling.A Sales Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop the Loan lending business at the ground level by acquiring new clients and gaining repeat business and references from existing clients.
Guide & facilitate team to drive sales plans for their respective Business verticals
Direct/Open sourcing of Secured/Unsecured Loan from the market.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning
Allocating sales targets to each employee based on mutual discussion, ensuring regular follow up to track progress and take corrective action.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must be highly Motivated, entrepreneurial outlook & proactive in action.
Relevant 2-4 years working experience in Loan products
A proven track record in home loans mortgage products.Strong leadership, Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
