Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling end to end front office activities in the company
  • Attending walk in visitors
  • Manual attendance maintenance
  • Attending all incoming calls and connecting to concerned departments
  • Coordinating with HRD for interviews.
  • Handling all responsibilities of housekeeping and office boys
  • Handling petty cash various purpose of the company
  • Handling entire stationery responsibilities
  • Receiving materials and handing over to the concerned field supervisors.
  • Responsible for broachers, catalogues and pricelist of the company
