Job Summary
- 1 to 5 years of experience as Front Office Executive
- Should be excellent in Communication and Computer skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling end to end front office activities in the company
- Attending walk in visitors
- Manual attendance maintenance
- Attending all incoming calls and connecting to concerned departments
- Coordinating with HRD for interviews.
- Handling all responsibilities of housekeeping and office boys
- Handling petty cash various purpose of the company
- Handling entire stationery responsibilities
- Receiving materials and handing over to the concerned field supervisors.
- Responsible for broachers, catalogues and pricelist of the company
