The RBS group provides catalog augmentation and correction technologies for the Amazon selling community. Our solutions ensure information in Amazon's catalogs is both complete and comprehensive enough to give our customers a great shopping experience every time.
The RBS is looking for an experienced Sr. Program manager to shape and lead our Walk the Store service offering, in order to increase efficiencies and quality of the amazon catalog. Our catalog is an essential part of the consumer experience as it is the basis for the customer and shopper experience and can fundamentally influence the way customers shop and how productive shoppers can be. As a senior leader Sr PM, you will
Owns vision and definition for the Service expansion
Owns OP contributions
Responsible for end-to-end business strategy, customer experience & offering for Expansions
Sets and measures goals and targets across functions
Responsible for defining new use cases for his services in partnership with internal and external teams.
Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases for tech product mgr.
Owns the services execution strategy
Develops strategies to mitigate risk
Responsible for all communication to Leadership ( Flash updates, WBR, QBR, LT Deep dives)
Candidates should have experience working with product managers / teams and be familiar with their scoping / prioritization process. A strong presence and the ability to influence are critical, as working with a diverse set of stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer and shopper focus and discipline on setting, communicating and achieving dates upwards and laterally. The ability to understand how different areas of the business are interconnected across marketplaces will be key to develop a product vision. Candidates should have exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Product/Service Delivery management for consumer devices.

Undergraduate CS, Engineering, Science, or Math degree or MBA.

Experience managing products through entire life cycle from inception to launch.

Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/programs to world-wide markets.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using rapid prototyping and other creative mechanisms to gather direct customer feedback early in the product development process.

Experience developing and launching V1 products; comfort with ambiguity and nascent markets.

Familiarity or experience with autonomous systems, computer vision, computer learning, or mapping; experience with remote sensing software.

General manager/owner mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others.

Insatiable will to get stuff done.

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
