DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
This is a secondment opportunity to join the CTPS Training team in BLR for 6 months
The process Seasonal Trainer will be responsible for training delivery of approved training content, quality and coordination for all new hire, refresher, and launch trainings for CTPS Training - SAM
Delivers our blended learning (instructor led training and eLearning) classes and programmes for new hires, new skills (cross-training), continuing education, and refreshers as necessary for global investigators - in the classroom and virtually (using Adobe Connect)
Understands the needs of the different participants and frames the training accordingly
Manages the logistics of learning and creates an effective learning environment
Communicates with appropriate business owners, trainers, site managers, and management to ensure that all trainings are conducted on time and with sufficient resources and facilities
Demonstrates expertise in facilitating, planning, implementing and assessing blended learning by passing the in-house accreditation programme in training as well as regular teach-back/observation sessions
Manages all trainer administration responsibilities to ensure accurate training delivery reporting
Owns completion of trainee surveys, quizzes and tests with upload to LMS/tools where needed
Works with the Ops/Workforce teams effectively to manage training schedules and communication
Provides timely training reports to support Operations/stakeholder management
Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness and progress of trainings delivered
Supports quality and process initiatives/projects when not in training
As needed, collaborates with the Learning Experience Design team in the development of training materials and resources
Invests in continuous self-development using internal and external resources
Should be flexible in working hours that meet business requirements
Should be able to coach and mentor investigators effectively during training and ramp
Should be able to work on internal tools effectively
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1.5 years experience in CTPS Compliance Investigations SAM
Should have met performance goals for the recent 3 months
Experience in working on more than one SAM product
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom/virtual settings for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work with and influence multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across different TRMS sites globally
Excellent coordination and organization skills
Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Working independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to analyze, identify issues and recommend solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated experience developing training materials and job aids
At least 3 years experience in a training role
