We are looking for an experienced Product manager to join our team and work on driving new features on CRM for our sales channels & account management teams.

As a Product Manager, you will help drive the strategy, vision, and road map for CRM features. You will work with different sales channels & account management teams on improving customer experience, validating ideas, and running experiments to eventually feed software development for key features. You will have a high degree of ownership over team themes and initiatives. We are looking for someone who can flow effortlessly between the big picture vision and the critical details needed to bring features to market. You must be customer obsessed and always put the customer first.

Key responsibilities of the role:
1. Be the Voice of the users in sales & account management functions and articulate their needs. Lead the development and execution of the consumer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
2. Engage with sales and account management users, drive workshops/ brainstorming sessions, understand pain points/gaps in the current operations which can be automated or new requirements which will provide added capability
3. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
4. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
5. Clearly articulate feature scope, timeline, owners, risks, and the steps being taken to mitigate those risk
6. Work with the developers/tech team to clarify requirements, provide inputs on their tech design and support this delivery
7. Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., Path to green), and by escalating appropriately.
8. Create mock ups of the features, iterate with end users and developers and freeze UX
9. Balance your business expertise and product domain knowledge with technical understanding.
10. Take the time to learn the products (e.g., functionality, architecture constraints, key dependencies, and maintenance characteristics) and reasons behind your products technology design (Q. Why did we build X this way?)
11. Dive into technical details (e.g., probe assumptions that led to technology decisions as well as operability choices, etc.).
12. Recognize when a proposed feature design or technology choice is going to complicate or pose a risk to future deliverable.
13. Ask the right technical questions to make sure the right trade-offs are made (Q. Will this design enable us to achieve our goals? How is this design extensible to future use cases?).
14. Ensure that the right information is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
15. Work with support groups on post-launch support plans (e.g., triage, issue/ticket management, COEs), run retrospectives, and/or hold post-mortems.
16. Articulate customer pain points from a technical perspective and determine if the right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place and, if not, work to define them.
17. Drive product launches and monthly releases. Plan different milestones before launch. Periodically publish/report out progress on your projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BTech degree
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in product management.
3+ years of relevant experience in software products and/or services.
2+ years of experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver customer-facing products or services in a product management.
2+ years of experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience launching a new product from concept through launch
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Experience working with stakeholders across many functions.
Technical proficiency, demonstrated through technical degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written communication skills
Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
