AISPL India technical consulting team (Enterprise Support team) is a technology consulting and support team directly working with the biggest startups and enterprises in India on their AWS cloud and technology journey. We are the trusted advisor to our customers advising them on operations, architecture and cost optimization as well as working with them on big events and major issues. The team creates history every year as we help our customers scale to ever-bigger numbers and enable some of the biggest events/operations in India and in many cases the worlds records.
Overview
AISPL technical consulting team is seeking an Enterprise Support Manager (ESM) to lead the awesome group of Technical Consultants (Technical Account Managers) that we have. The ESM is responsible for customer success as well as hiring, developing and managing a team of the most talented technical account managers in India.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
5+ years managing technical teams
12+ Yrs of overall Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Passionate about customers and new technology
Experience working with Enterprise software companies or Startups
Innovative thinking and bias for action balanced with a strong customer and quality focus
Proficient in speaking and writing the English language
