Job Summary

We are having an Immediate opportunity for a Technical Team Lead/IT Tech-Support Lead. The Team Lead will need to have a strong knowledge of Linux in order to be able to manage the team and guide them in their work effectively. Min 3+ years experience and should be very strong in Technical aspects in Linux administration, Windows Server, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud Technologies. Technical Skills Manage Server, Firewall and Network administration, Helpdesk, and Desktop Support Manage projects that include setting up of IT Infrastructure at new facilities, enhancements in the existing IT Infrastructure and its maintenance Provide leadership and guidance to the team in defining and effectively implementing ISMS policies and procedures. Face internal, third party and client security audits Experience in implementing and Managing on-premise servers Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for IT Infrastructure Services, Incident Management, IT Service Desk, Technical Helpdesk, ITIL, Problem Management, Service Level Management, IT Project Management, IT Operations Management, Linux/Windows Administration, and Network Management. Be responsible for the IT Infrastructure consisting of Servers, Networks, Firewall, VoIP, Telephone, Desktops, BCP/DR planning, and Software Asset Management. Responsible for the day-to-day IT Infrastructure, Windows Server Management, Email Server management, IT helpdesk, Remote Desktop Support & Management, etc., Involved in all kinds of LAN, WAN, and Desktop Support for local and remote users. Take care of all IT-related licenses and their upgrade. Leveraging best practice standards and processes as per ISO-27001/ITIL. Should be a self-starter with interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
