Responsibilities And Deliverables

• Works with business collaborators to capture and document requirements and deliver accurate feedback on use cases
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend data collection strategies.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage tasks within Jira.
• Works with the design team to ensure prioritization of most impactful business requests
• Collaborate with Senior Administrator, Developer and business partners to analyse processes and streamline solutions on platform.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
• Produce documentation and training materials.
• Supports and manages salesforce AppExchange products, Third party tools, and integrations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
