SKILLS:

• Can build and maintain web applications using AEM 6.X to include site architecture, custom components, workflow development, Digital Asset Management (DAM) implementation, object model design (Java APIs), implementation, and unit testing.
• Can understand Customer s Digital marketing and experience goals/objectives and recommend how Adobe AEM can address the customer s requirements.
• Will be able to help in creating a Digital Marketing Technologies reference architecture leveraging Adobe Cloud and other related technologies to drive personalization/segmentation to create differentiated experience business.
• Prepare a detailed technical design for various templates, components as well as a services layers.
• Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, Development using JSP/Servlets/HTML/CSS/JS, REST API, Knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD.
• Utilizing various application integration techniques to communicate with third-party and legacy/back-end systems.
• Significant exposure to working with ClientLibs, Java Content Repository (API), Sling Web Framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
• Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, localization features, AEM Mobile and Forms applications, MSM, and the AEM DAM.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Dispatcher would be a plus.
• Experience with large-scale, high-volume E-commerce websites, Responsive design techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and implement AEM components and document them.
• Develop Documentation, including Design Specifications and Technical Specifications, and Test Plans.
• Develop systems including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Provide daily production support JAVA / AEM and problem resolution for assigned applications.
• Provides consultation on complex projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 1+ years in IT with experience in web platforms, web application development, design, unit testing, and implementation.Of which, 2+ years experience in the development of high-volume, high-performance, high-availability, service-oriented Java applications using ATG technologies.
• 3+ years of AEM / CQ platform experience in developing Components, Templates, Widgets, OSGi framework (Bundles/Services, tag libraries), JCR, Apache Sling, Adobe Cloud Service Integrations. External Integrations (with DB, Web services, and other WCMs & DMS), Workflows, Socialization Framework, Packages.
• Previous experience as a WCM technical lead or as an AEM architect in delivering 2-3 complex Adobe Experience Management (AEM) projects.

• Should have exposure to UI Development and familiar with the full stack development technologies (JavaScript, React JS, Angular, Node JS).
• Experience in code reviews, prioritizing tasks, and managing them based on business requirements.
• Proficiency in Oracle Commerce (ATG eCommerce Framework and Endeca Search Engine) will be a plus.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and APIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and action-driven competencies.
