Responsibilities / KRA's
  • Travel management
  • Transport management Vehicles, Fuel, Log books
  • Operation & Maintenance of camp construction
  • Consumables for office- Printing & stationery
  • Attendance of Staff & contingent staff
  • Rotation of staff & records
  • Checking of invoices for payment of service contractors
  • Relation with local public / local administration
  • Coordinate / arrange security for camp / explosive magazine
  • Insurance related compliance/ statutory & follow up claims
  • Assist in registration / compliance of statutory regulations
  • Travel and transport
  • Vehicle log book and fuel distribution for vehicles and generator
