- Operation & Maintenance of camp construction
- Consumables for office- Printing & stationery
- Attendance of Staff & contingent staff
- Rotation of staff & records
- Checking of invoices for payment of service contractors
- Relation with local public / local administration
- Coordinate / arrange security for camp / explosive magazine
- Insurance related compliance/ statutory & follow up claims
- Assist in registration / compliance of statutory regulations
- Travel and transport
- Vehicle log book and fuel distribution for vehicles and generator
