Job Summary

Job Description: Perform various accounting activities such as filing, forward mailing and book keeping Data entry in Tally accounting software Maintain Petty Cash Book on day to day basis Calculate & deduct proper Tax at Source wherever applicable (as per Income Tax/VAT/any other tax law as may be applicable) Handle cash receipts &smp; payments Reconcile bank account on weekly & monthly basis Preparation of TDS challan and E-payments and filling of TDS return Generation of TDS certificates Form 16A, and Form 16 Service tax calculation and filing of e-return Computation of VAT input/output Maintaining monthly MIS reports Invoice generation and record maintenance
