Job Summary
- 2 8 years experience in Real EstateSales/Apartment/Villas Channel Sales
- Place of work: Site as assigned
- Frequent Travelling Required / Adaptive to work on weekend
- Strong experience in CHANNEL sales in real estate industry
- Experience in generating new leads through channel/Agents in real estate.
- Able to meet more channel partners and attach channel partners as per the monthly target.
- Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets.
- Able to sign/negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement.
- Follow up each lead and convert it into sales.
- Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
- Should have strong experience in sales closure.
- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients needs.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Should guide the team in following the companys policy, system, software & reports etc
- Updating all necessary information in the ERP
- Delivering reports to the Management
- Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
- Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
