Description
Since we are carrying perishable cargo, it is very important for us to timely arrange, place and track the transit
vehicles and temperature of transporter vehicles, Perishable transport is also involved in high transport cost
which we have to monitor on a day-to-day basis through MIS.
Brief fob Description:
1. Tracking transit vehicles daily basis on Elixia portal
2. Coordinate with transporter and Factory update transit vehicle arrival position.
3. Arrange Ariba auction for reefer & dry transport movement
4. Handling post-shipment document, checking transport Invoice for further processing
5. Making MIS report and circulating to respective factories and other departments.
6. Arranging transport quotes for proiects & other transport movements
Qualifications
MBA - Operations / Supply Chain
Basic Supply Chain knowledge (especially in transport) is required
