Job requirement:Good skill / knowledge on maintenance and repair - automotives
Should have on-hand field service experience
After sales service requires to be provided at client door step on Pan India basis
Extensive travelling 15 to 17 days a monthNeed to carry tools & small components also whilst on travel
Need to adhere to company policies / systems / process in customer service
Need to work on ownership basis without supervision (accountable and responsible)Job responsibilities
Attend to field product complaints - Automotive product
Ensure proper training to customers on product operation / maintenance & safety
Demonstrate product performance to prospects
Maintain records and adhere to company systems in attending to customer complaints
Qualification:Skilled automotive technicians (workshop experience is also Okay) on automotives
ITI technician (Motor Mechanic / Diesel mechanic / fitter) or Any experienced technician with experience on power sweeper repair from cleaning industry
Three years diploma in automobile / mechanical engineering
Working environment / others:Company respects only performers Company has stringent Measurement of performance every month
Travel arrangement to be made by self at short notices
Company takes care of Travel expenses / mobile phone etc separately as per the company policy
Company provides PF / ESIC / WC etcCompany provides ample opportunity to learn, earn & grow with respect, regard & recognition
Alano takes 15 days trial before regularizing appointment
Experience :One to three years
Salary :Not a constraint for deserving candidates comparable to industry standards
However, desirable salary would be met in next three months time in a staggered way based on performance
