Job Summary
Job Description
- Identify gaps and provide feedback & refresher sessions to agents to improve call quality
- Create audit reports and release weekly/monthly dashboards
- Organize Call Calibration Sessions
- Observe defects and correct on real time basis
- Must be able to plan & execute audits in accordance with the specified job requirements
- Must be able to escalate non-compliance with respective business unit head and share corrective action plan
- Identify training need indicators and work closely with trainers
- Act as a mentor for new hires and support them on floor as required
Required Candidate profile:-
- Minimum two years experience as a Quality Auditor
- Good Communication skill
- Proficiency in defect analysis and excel skills
- Minimum Graduate
Linguistic Proficiency:
- Marathi Language is must
Experience Required :
Minimum 30 Years
