Job Summary Designation: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
  • Experience - 0.6 to 7 Years in International Call Center (Voice Process). Open to freshers as long as they have good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Salary: Not a bar for deserving candidates

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Build know-how on the product line to provide customers with quick & relevant solutions / information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Whenever necessary, route callsto appropriate channel / resource person.
  • Ensure follow up on customercallswhere necessary.
  • Completecalllogs.
  • Completecallreports.
Soft Skills Needed:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
