Responsibilities:

• To design & lead our R&D programme with a clear focus on developing superior leading hybrids

• Manage R&D operation at our center in Aurangabad

• Develop Alliances & collaborations with leading institutions & organizations in the world

• Use global technology platform to bring the best hybrids for farmers

• Training and development of R&D team

Requirements:

• Phd in plant breeding &genetics from a reputed Institute in India or Abroad

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing R&D in leading seed companies

• Having good understanding & knowledge of New Breeding technology and its applications in seed business.

• Having some background in Biotechnology platform and through knowledge of usage of molecular markers and genetic engineering

• Strong acumen of leadership, communication and team building

• Taking Initiative and believe in Innovations

• Being creative and looking for out of box solutions
