JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a full-time accountant to join our team who has 2-3 years of experience and who is able to perform on following key requirements:
Key Requirements:
Accounting Data Entry using Tally
TDS Filing, GST Filing
Preparation of Salary & Payroll using Excel or Salary Software.
Processing salary in a bank.
Coordinate with PF/ESIC consultant.
Manage Professional Tax
Making challan, Payment & Returns
NEFT, RTGS & Wire Transfers,
Vendor Payment, Rent Payment and Reconciliation
Reconciliation of Bank Statements, finalization
Must have Expert level Hands-On Experience on Tally.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Manage all accounting operations.
Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
Profit-and-loss statements
Tax preparation
Expense reports
Payroll
Budgets
Internal audits for tax codes
Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
Help setup processes and maintain a separation of duties with regards to accounting functions to ensure that there are checks and balances in the system
Prepare and provide timely monthly financial statements.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Work closely with fund administrators and auditors
Follow up with Clients on payments/discrepancies on payments/dues.
On time billing Invoices distribution & follow-ups for payments.
Handle day-to-day accounting work like payments, passing journal entries, generating accounting reports.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ledger scrutiny and finalization work till preparation of Balance-sheet.

B.com / M.com /MBA
