Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a Sales plan to enhance revenue, while growing client base and market share
  • Develop and use market intelligence capabilities including analysis frameworks, to identify and target sales opportunities
  • Periodically undertake market mapping and capability assessment exercises for stronger customer targeting.
  • Establish, manage and strengthen relationships with customers and OEMs
  • Ensure satisfactory delivery of maintenance services to customers as per Turn Around Times (TATs).
  • Collaborate with the maintenance organization to assess need and scope for enhancing maintenance capabilities

Qualifications

  • 5-10 Years of working in an MRO with exposure to Business Aviation
  • MBA in Sales/ Marketing or a Diploma in AME

Skills Required

  • Techno commercial (Comfortable with Commercials and technology) with an analytical bent of mind
  • Solution oriented with excellent skills in sales and negotiation
  • Adaptable, persuasive, amiable, self-motivated and target driven
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and networking skills
  • Positive and progressive work culture that rewards meritocracy and hard work
  • Ability to leverage systems and process to accelerate sales, with strong attention to detail
