We are hiring a person for the post of General Manager (GM)-Marketing (Export, Tea division) with a DIRECT MARKETING BACKGROUND for Kolkata Location.
The person should have at least 12-15 years of experience in marketing (Export) in a leading company with a team handling experience of at least 40-50 executives. Candidate exclusively from the tea industry is preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearheading the entire exports division of Tea
- Developing marketing (product) strategy, evaluating market trends & formulating strategies accordingly
- Should be capable to handle Tea export business & its growth
- Knowledge of tea testing & blending will be an added advantage. We require a candidate having experience in export of Assam, Bengal and South India tea. The candidate shall have enough experience to bring some business with his connection and at the same time potential to lead the export segment of the company in the coming three-four years
