We are hiring candidates for the post ofArea Sales Manager / Officer for various districts in West Bengal Location.

Job Location: West Bengal (Territory: Kolkata, North & South 24 PGS, Howrah, Hooghly,

Nadia, East & West Midnapur, Burdwan, Bankura, Birbhum, Malda,

Murshidabad & Purulia)

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing will be preferred

CTC: INR up to 04-06 LPA (Negotiable) depend on candidate s work experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for selling TMT Bars
• Meeting Dealers, masons, contractors, builders, and engineers
• Appointing new dealers and enrollment of engineers, mesons, and contractors
• Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly targets to the DSR s
• Payment Follow-up with dealers
• Maintain the record of junior staff
• Train the new joiners
• Presenting the marketing plan in front of seniors
• Suggestion proper branding leads
• Manage the communication between accounts and logistics dept.
• Supervise the daily work of the sales team
• Timely delivery of the products to the customer and follow up the same
• Conducting dealers, mason, and engineers meet
• Reviewing the current market situation and implementing new schemes for masons and engineer s and dealers
• Quotation preparation, negotiation and closing the order

Report to Sr. Manager-Sales / Area Head

NEED SKILLS:

• Candidate must have minimum 04-12 years experience in Steel industry (TMT Bar, Steel industry only / Also cement industry experience may consider)
• Candidate should have good exposure to their territory.
• Candidate should have good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
