- Administration Objects, Profile, Role, Sharing Setting, Layout, Workflow, Approval, Process Builder, Flow, Email Administration etc
- Knowledge of CRM application Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,Field Service Lighting, etc
- Import/Export Tool of SFDC DataLoader
- Basic knowledge Visualforce, Apex, Trigger, SOQL etc
- Oops Concepts
