Responsibilities and Duties As Lead solution engineer, your primary responsibilities include delivering solutions aligned to product(s) roadmap. Lead a team of dedicated solution developers technically Collaborate with client engagement team to gather different client Requirements and building solutions. Create next generation solutions using Design Thinking methodologies: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test Develop reusable ,scalable and robust components compliant with industry best practices and guidelines using front end and backend technologies Ensure the developed code, components and services meet the defined quality and performance metrics Responsible to Troubleshoot , debug and provide resolution for challenging issues/code to the team of developers. Playing individual contributor role in addition to being Mentor to the team Background & Experience Bachelors Degree with 5+ yrs industry experience Hands-on experience in delivering solutions and managing teams. Practical experience in writing efficient computer programs using Python. Good experience of working with Databases with ability to write complex SQL queries, not restricted to CRUD operations and might involve creating functions indexes, and stored procedures. Sound experience of working in Linux environment with shell scripting. On the ground experience of working with multiple cloud platforms including AWS,Google Cloud ,Azure. Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
