Work Experience

• 5 to 7 years

Responsibilities

• Bachelor s degree in instructional design, adult education or related field
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, cultural awareness.
• Solid experience in e-learning methodologies, instructional design theories, models, application, digital teaching and learning design tools. This will include game-based learning, simulations and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements and hands on experience in the design and development of blended learning solutions
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience s training needs
• Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Visualize instructional graphics, user interface and finished product (UI/UX)
• Analyze and apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Experience with Gamification of Learning; video editing skills would be a benefit
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create overall branding collateral branding, themes, design.
• Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods
• Use variety of techniques to ensure the quality of instruction. Connect learning programs to individual or team performance.
• Basic Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
• Professional proficiency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Appropriate balance of expertise of how to apply theory in a business environment
• Experience juggling multiple work streams while achieving great results
• Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Camtasia Studio or equivalent eLearning content creation software
• Experience with video production and editing
• Basic Skills/some experience with web site development including knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with Photoshop
• Supervisory experience; will occasionally supervise external eLearning contributors and course facilitators
• A practical knowledge of information architecture, content strategy, and user interface design a plus
