Job Summary
Personal Interview Online assessment Reading Comprehension A&P training A&P cleared candidates will be accommodated in MC training batch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the Coding
- Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts
- Ensure 95% quality on production
- Adherence to the company's Coding Compliance policy/plan internal and External (clients)
- To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager
COMPLIANCE
- Awareness and implementation of ISO, ISMS and GRIC policies
- Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
- Life science graduate
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUISITES
- Sound analytical skills
- Logical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Average written and spoken English skills
