Job Summary
Technical Assessment Technical Round with Software Project Lead Final Interview(s) (Project Manager) + HR
ROLE SUMMARY
This position is based out of the Chennai office, responsible for the following:
- To develop and maintain Asp.net web applications with MS SQL server as backend.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute full lifecycle software development.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Requirements gathering and conceptualize the requirements.
- Work closely with the operations team.
- Produce specifications, document and maintain software functionality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the developed applications.
- Comply with project plans and industry standards.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Effective coding and designing.
- Quality of the deliverables.
- Timely delivery.
- Behavioral attitudes.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
- E./ B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc Graduate or any equivalent
- Should be trained in Microsoft.Net technologies.
OTHER REQUISITES
- Excellent communications skills and drive to get things done.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Confident, amicable and ability to persuade and influence
- Unflinching integrity and personal work ethics
- Self-starter with the ability to learn and support others in the team and navigate through issues
- Love to learn & constantly tinkering with the latest technology.
- Exposure to US Healthcare is a plus.
SKILLS
- Strong programming skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts.
- Must be good knowledge in ASP.Net, C#.Net and MVC framework is an added advantage.
- Must be good knowledge in MS SQL server.
- Must be good knowledge in HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JavaScript. Knowledge in JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Web API, REST is an added advantage.
- Must be eager to learn and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be ready to give a commitment to be associated with the organization for at least two years.
- Good English communication skill and Self-driven person.
JOB LOCATION Chennai
