Job Summary
JOB OVERVIEW
Analyzes performance needs using The Stack Ranking Method and other transaction monitoring methods to identify and implement effective coaching/training interventions. Designs, develops, implements and evaluates formal information, training programs and job aids for employees.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor productivity and generate dashboard
- Analyze employee performance through transaction monitoring (side jack/ recorded), interviews, focus groups, observation, and analysis. Recommend coaching plan, refresher course, job aids and other performance improvement interventions based on assessment results.
- Design and develop a coaching plan to be delivered using a sampling plan. Prepare coaching and feedback objectives, identify instructional strategies, plan evaluation methods, and propose coaching, feedback and training timelines for internal client approval. Produce collateral materials using internal resources.
- Keep information and documents up-to-date in our records.
- Conduct necessary evaluations as required.
- Participate in department decision-making processes and stay abreast of department activities and goals.
- Learn new concepts and methods to apply to personal job performance and organizational goals.
- Perform other tasks as required to meet department goals which include training intervention.
INTERVENTIONS
- First 6 days of communication training
- Voice evaluation on Day 1 and 5
- Communication training intervention during the OJT phase (for at least 1 hour)
- TNA after 30 days
- Refresher training end of 60 days (if required - post on the floor analysis)
- Refresher training end of 90 days (if required)
- Continuous education training programs on the floor
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Highly proficient in written and oral communication skills required.
- Deep exposure or should have undergone language (voice and accent), soft skills and customer service training program
- Flexible to work in night shifts predominantly (EST)
DESCRIPTION
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, is mandatory.
- Training experience, including curriculum design, preferred.
