Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone by email.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with New & Existing Customers
  • Need to do regular and effective follow-up with Old & repeated Customer
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Have to check your customer order status for necessary action if required.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers


Skills Required:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone calling skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasker, prioritize routine work
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Sales skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Good command over English, Hindi

Experience Required :

0 to 3 Years
