What You Will Be Doing:

  • Revenue Growth: Expand revenue within existing accounts by driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend solutions based on best practices.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects to successful completion, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Client Relations: Maintain proactive engagement with key customers, driving satisfaction and growth.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the sales team for pre-sales activities, demos, and developing marketing collateral.
  • Problem Resolution: Tackle customer queries and provide technical support.
  • Training and Mentorship: Guide and train team members to enhance their product and client management skills.
  • Insights Sharing: Provide strategic insights to improve client satisfaction and drive innovation.
  • Client Visits: Meet clients at their locations for meetings or training sessions as required.

Key Traits & Skills:

  • Enterprise Customer Management: Proven experience in consulting, managing, and negotiating with enterprise-level customers.
  • SaaS/E-commerce/Tech Experience: Experience in the SaaS, E-commerce, or retail tech industries is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of technical aspects with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to turn long-term business objectives into tactical action plans.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and engage at all levels of an organization.
  • Leadership: Experience working with senior to C-level executives, mentoring, and leading teams.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), MBA, M.Tech, or similar qualifications in Operations Management or related fields.
