Assistant Vice President, Supply Chain Job in Agnext Technologies

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of AgNext's supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Lead and manage a team of 20+ employees.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing operations and service delivery.
• Ensure efficient billing and invoice management for all partners.
• Analyze data, design dashboards, and use insights to improve efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage inventory, optimize post-sales hardware operations, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence and communication to relevant teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with the Finance team on this aspect.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and cost management skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Who You Are:

• A highly accomplished professional with 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading and motivating large teams across India.
• Excellent man-management and resource management skills.
• A strong track record of implementing and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Experience in handling client queries and acting as a single point of contact.
• A keen ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use this information to drive strategic decision-making.
• Experience in building and deploying dashboards to communicate key performance indicators.
• Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a passion for innovation.
• Openness to travel and interact with stakeholders.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
