Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelors/Masters degree in business, supply chain management, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of AgNext's supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ employees.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing operations and service delivery.
- Ensure efficient billing and invoice management for all partners.
- Analyze data, design dashboards, and use insights to improve efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage inventory, optimize post-sales hardware operations, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence and communication to relevant teams.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with the Finance team on this aspect.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and cost management skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Who You Are:
- A highly accomplished professional with 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in leading and motivating large teams across India.
- Excellent man-management and resource management skills.
- A strong track record of implementing and optimizing supply chain processes.
- Experience in handling client queries and acting as a single point of contact.
- A keen ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use this information to drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience in building and deploying dashboards to communicate key performance indicators.
- Strong commercial acumen and cost management expertise.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a passion for innovation.
- Openness to travel and interact with stakeholders.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
