Job Summary Job Responsibilities:
Manage transactions with customers using cash registersScan goods and ensure pricing is accurateCollect payments whether in cash or creditIssue receipts, refunds, change or ticketsResolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant informationTrack transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Requirements:
Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in salesBasic computer and ERP knowledgeFamiliarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS (Point of Scale)Should also have knowledge how to maintain the cash bookStrong communication and time management skillsGeneral Accounting
