We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Manager. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the theatre, including scheduling, production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Oversee the selection, hiring, training, and evaluation of theatre staff, including actors, technicians, front-of-house staff, and administrative personnel.
Collaborate with directors, producers, designers, and other creative professionals to ensure the successful execution of productions.
Develop and manage the theatre\'s budget, ensuring financial sustainability through effective cost control and revenue generation strategies.
Coordinate and negotiate contracts with vendors, artists, and production personnel, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among theatre staff.
Implement and enforce safety and security protocols, ensuring the well-being of all employees, performers, and audience members.
Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract and engage audiences, working closely with the marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, donors, community organizations, and local authorities.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in theatre management, and implement relevant improvements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Theatre Arts, Arts Administration, or a related field.
