Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, contract preparation, and quote generation.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
Client Communication:
Act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team.
Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
Sales Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and reports.
Ensure all contracts and agreements are complete and compliant.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as necessary.
Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Sales Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in developing sales forecasts and strategies.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
