Job Description

  • TO ACHIEVE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SALES TARGET MONTH WISEREAGENTS & EQUIPMENT.
  • TO WORK IN THE FIELD AS PER THE MONTHLY TOUR PLAN.
  • TO MEET THE CUSTOMERS as per company guidelines AND PROMOTE OUR RANGE OF PRODUCTS.
  • TO ACHIEVE THE POB (personal order bookings) TARGETS MONTHLY.
  • TO ACHIEVE PAYMENT COLLECTION MONTHWISE, FROM THE DISTRIBUTORS OF THE ASSIGNED AREA.
  • TO ENSURE THE COMPANY'S SALES STRATEGIES ARE IMPLEMENTED PROPERLY.
  • TO GIVE TIMELY MARKET FEEDBACK TO THE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE COMPETITIONS AND MARKET TRENDS.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail

    • TO ENSURE THE COMPANIES REPORTING SYSYTEM IS IMPLEMENTED i.e TIMELY SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS & REPORTS, STOCK AND SALES STATEMENT, EXPENSE STATEMENT & TOUR PROGRAM.

    • TO ENSURE NO STOCK RETURNS FROM THE DISTRIBUTORS.

    • TO ENSURE THAT COMPLAINTS ARE PROPERLY ADDRESSED.

    • TO ENSURE NO CANCELLATION OF INSTRUMENT ORDERS.

    • TO GENERATE NEW LEADS AND DEMONSTRATE THE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMERS.

    Education Qualification

    • Any graduate (preferably science graduate)

    Experience

    • Minimum 2 years experience in sales profile in diagnostics division.
