100% Achievement of Primary revenue Target for Equipment and Reagent in the Region

Payment Collection against Billing

Work with each FLSP in the assigned region and ensure customer validation and quarterly updation of BCL (Best Customer List)

Collection of Sales & Stock Statement from the distributor

Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail

New joiner induction to the respective HQ and proper handholding

Ensure sales growth in the allocated region.

Ensure that POB (Personal Order Booking) fulfillment is happening against POB collected

Focussed product/achievement against the set target

Education Qualification

Experience
