Must have experience in hands-on recruiting utilizing Job boards (Naukri, Monster, Linked In, etc.), social media and all online resources to recruit qualified candidates. Must have experience building and maintaining a high volume candidate pipelines to support current and anticipated requirements. Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. Define, design and implement recruiting strategies and search engagements for a variety of roles which includes understanding and mapping of external talent landscape, internal calibrations/referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply. Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join Strong networking and relationship building skills.
Qualifications Experience in IT Recruitment -Atleast 5 years upto 8 years
