Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the analytics industry.
Extensive experience in architecting, designing, and deploying data engineering technologies, including Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms.
Proficient in Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.
Familiarity with machine learning and advanced AI concepts or practical experience in these areas is advantageous.
Strong technical writing skills for creating required documentation.
Ability to identify and contribute to projects aimed at improving services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency.
Strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations and balance the needs of customers and internal teams (Sales, Pursuit, Delivery).
Experience in translating business questions into analytical solutions.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's (B.Tech.) or master's degree in engineering or other quantitative disciplines
